RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with the goods that you buy from us. Hence we abide by the following returns policy, which forms part of our ‘Terms and Conditions’.

You have the legal right* to withdraw from the purchase agreement you make with us up to fourteen days from receiving the goods we send to you. Should you wish to exercise this right then we ask that you contact us (via the ‘Contact Us’ page) and let us know as soon as possible to enable us to take prompt appropriate action. If you withdraw before the goods have been dispatched then we shall simply cancel your order and refund any payment already made by you for the goods. If you withdraw after the goods have been dispatched then you shall be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. In this case, the goods must be returned to us in the same condition and (as far as possible) in the same packaging they were in when they were dispatched to you. If they are not then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

*Note that this right does not extend to any personalised goods once they have been created for you.

All goods are inspected before dispatch, but if you receive damaged or faulty goods and wish to return them to us then please contact us (via the ‘Contact Us’ page) and let us know as soon as possible (and within 30 days of receiving the goods) and we shall instruct you on how to return them to us. All returned goods shall be inspected and you shall be refunded as soon as possible (and within 14 days) for all goods found to be damaged or faulty.
